The role is based at our Cardiff office and offers an opportunity to build a rewarding and successful sales career.
Our target markets are professional service sectors that include Personal finance, Property, Legal and Tax.

Year 1
Basic salaries start at £18,000 (higher basics may apply for the right candidates)
Commission (OTE) year 1 - £14,089 +
High Achievers Annual Bonus (OTE) year 1 - £2,817 +
Total gross income target (OTE) year 1 - £34,906 +
Year 2
Basic salaries depend in individual BMA performance (expectation £23,000 - £25,000 )
Commission (OTE) year 2 - £18,786 +
High Achievers Annual Bonus (OTE) year 2 - £3,787 +
Total gross income target (OTE) year 2 - £45,000 - £47,000

Career Progression Opportunities

Sales Management Role
This follows a period of personal sales success.
Initially a mentoring role is established to take on additional responsibilities and develop and train new sales team members.
Progression eventually leads to a management role and responsibility to head one of our digital magazine titles.
Professional Sales Role
This follows a period of personal sales success.
This a role for individuals who love selling and want to grow their own sales empire.
High levels of personal sales are achieved with the support of a dedicated marketing resource and administration support structure.
eSmartTax is a quarterly digital magazine published in PDF, HTML and Flash page turn formats for the business audiences of accountants, tax advisers, wealth managers and professional service providers.
eSmartProperty is a feature-driven quarterly digital magazine title published in PDF, HTML and Flash page turn formats and serves mortgage brokers, property professionals and IFAs.
